Privacy and the New Tessitura System

The Calgary International Children's Festival RESPECTS YOUR PRIVACY.
Any personal information you provide to us including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment or donation history, in fact ANY INFORMATION you provide will not be released, sold, or rented to any outside entities or individuals. As part of the EPCOR Centre Tessitura Consortium your primary contact information can seen by other members of the consortium, however, you may not be contacted by them unless you are already a patron of these companies, as per Alberta FOIP laws.

What's the advantage, then, of the shared system?
In addition to keeping costs to you down, connecting with you, our customers, more directly, providing you with a greater range of ticketing hours and services there is another advantage to the blended box office.

If you change you address or other contact information any single member of the consortium can update that information once and it will be current with all members. The information we collect is used to notify you about updates or to contact you to tell you about Festival events.
