The school sales period runs from October 3, 2011 to March 30, 2012.
School Ticket Price
$8.00 per ticket / per performance
Home School Ticket Price
$10.25 per ticket / per performance
GST and all administration fees are included in the ticket prices.
Some restrictions may apply, please view your show or workshop performance page for specific details.
Please note evening and Saturday performances are not considered school performances and are ineligible for discounted pricing. Please check the public ticket sales date for access to these performances.
Public Ticket prices apply to all orders placed after March 30, 2012.
How To Order
Step 1
Check school event and exam schedule.
Please make sure your school has no exams, sport field days or other activities that may conflict with your attendance. At the time of publication there are no Provincial Achievement Tests scheduled during Festival week.
Step 2
Check date for school sales period.
The school sales period is from October 3, 2011 to March 30, 2012.
After this date prices increase. Order early to avoid disappointment!
Step 3
Review performance descriptions and schedule.
Please honour the performers' age recommendations; some performances are not suitable for very young children.
Evening and Saturday performances are not considered school performances and are ineligible for discounted pricing.
Step 4
Select the show number, show title, and total quantity of tickets. All patrons require a ticket.
Remember to order tickets for everyone who is coming, including students, educators, volunteers and others that are on your field trip.
Complimentary tickets are not bonus tickets. Order all the tickets you need and the price of your complimentary tickets will be deducted from your total order.
Step 5
Choose an alternative performance in case the one you choose is at capacity.
Step 6
Select a purchase method.
Step 7
Sign your order.
Step 8
FAX your order form to 403.294.7487.
This is the only method available to order School Tickets.
Step 9
You will be sent a Festival confirmation / invoice within 7 days of receipt of your faxed order.
If you do not receive yours within 7 days, please call the Festival School Box Office.
Step 10
Book your Bus.
There are many options for busing in Calgary, however, Southland Transportation is our sponsor and has designated the Festival a priority under their Preferred Destination Program.

Print and Fax the Order Form
Ticket orders must be requested on the Order Form and sent via fax to 403.294.7487 starting October 3, 2011.
To allow for Duty of Care the Festival offers the following supervisory ticket program to schools only.
Kindergarten / ECS
For every 6 tickets ordered, 1 is complimentary. (Order 6 pay for 5)
Grades 1 to 3
For every 9 tickets ordered, 1 is complimentary. (Order 9 pay for 8)
All Other Grades
For every 11 tickets ordered, 1 is complimentary. (Order 11 pay for 10)
Assigned Seating!
In order to continue to serve our patrons better in 2012, we will assign reserved seating to school groups attending
performances in the Jack Singer Concert Hall, Max Bell and Martha Cohen Theatres on a first come, first served basis.
Look for your group's assigned seating numbers that will arrive with your ticket package. Call the Festival School Box Office

Policies
Latecomers
Please see your respective show page(s) for latecomer and re-entry policies.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time. Unless otherwise specified latecomers will be admitted ONLY if there is a suitable break in the performance.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. The Calgary International Children's Festival is unable to issue refunds.
Requests for exchanges, received in a timely manner, will be considered and are subject to performance availability.
Please double check your school schedule of exams, sports days, and other events for the week of May 22 to May 26, 2012 prior to placing an order.
