British Theatre Guide
Hear the wind, feel the rain, smell the lavender in this charming multi-sensory environmental delight based on the beloved fable by Jean Giono. The Man Who Planted Trees is a delightful blend of comedy and puppetry that tells an inspiring ecological tale of a French shepherd and his faithful dog who decided "to put things right" and, in doing so, make their corner of the world a beautiful place. This hilarious, yet thoughtful adaptation of Giono's heart-warming environmental classic received the 2007 United Kingdom Eco Prize for Creativity.
